Arnica and CBD Unite In Increasing Number Of Products

Hemp and Arnica, two of nature’s powerhouses, are seeing quite a bit of the sunlight recently. Ever since the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, manufacturers in the US have been rushing to either procure hemp products from other countries or make their own blends.

Many brands and investors are rushing to formulate the best hemp-derived products and penetrate a larger segment of this market, which is still in its infancy. This drive by brands to find or formulate the perfect hemp-derived products that they can offer to their clients has resulted in many brands looking to infuse their hemp-derived products with other natural ingredients to give their products an edge over the rest.

This all began when a few forward-thinking brands in the hemp industry, decided to give their products a little oomph by infusing their hemp formula with Arnica.

For a long time, Arnica has been considered as a powerhouse herbal treatment for anything from pain and inflammation to bruising and even helping treat broken bones. While the positive effects of Arnica have been well known to the herbalists for many years, the effectiveness of Arnica has only until recently made it to the mainstream.

This all began when a few forward-thinking brands in the hemp industry, decided to give their products a little oomph by infusing their hemp formula with Arnica. The boosted medicinal benefits of the hemp infused with Arnica were reportedly reported of right away by excited customers, which has resulted in many other brands in the hemp industry quickly following suit to create their own formulations using the hemp and Arnica combo.

Currently, the hemp oil/CBD and Arnica combo products that are being sold to users are mainly used as a treatment for bruising, strains and sprains, and even for sore feet. Since Arnica is only used as a topical ointment or oil that is applied to the affected area for quick relief from pain or swelling, the hemp-derived products that are using Arnica at the moment are only producing topical ointments and oils.

But, that hasn’t dampened the newfound popularity of Arnica. For those who don’t know, Arnica is a natural herb that’s grown mainly in temperate climates. The flowers of this plant have been used for their medicinal properties since ancient times. The bright yellow flowers of the Arnica plant have also earned it the nickname “Mountain Daisy,” which is what it’s called in parts of the US and Europe where it’s grown.

Arnica has proven to have many different uses and is commonly used as one of the ingredients in food or beverage flavoring and even for industrial purposes as well. Arnica has also been commonly used as an ingredient in topical gels, ointments, and gels for relief from any physical discomfort or pain.
